We use Iron Skillet spice blends in our home kitchen at Cartrwheel Farm. They all make for delicious salad dressings. Melted butter and a pinch of spice elevate steamed or sauteed veggies with ease. Each month, we plan to feature a few of our favourite blends. In the recipes we share, we will suggest fun ways to use the blends with the produce you receive.

Jo and Jeremy Ferris blend spices from around the world right here in the Creston Valley. They source organic ingredients from near and far, searching for the ideal flavors and quality.
